Self Assessment against The International Customer Service Standard (TICSS) enables organisations to easily review their customer service performance, identify the areas of improvement and prepare an action plan to address any gaps preventing them from delivering customer service excellence. On conducting a Self Assessment test you will receive a brief overview outlining your position in comparison to the only global customer service standard. This should not be regarded as a substitute for a formal assessment and will not contribute to any formal assessment carried out by any of the respective certification bodies.
